Jeannie

Meet Jeannie! This amazingly talented person is our Office Manager and has been a part of the IDS family for over 25 years. If you’ve worked with us or called our office, you’ve definitely spoken with her. Jeannie is on the frontlines daily, meeting customers’ needs and helping them with anything and everything. Jeannie is integral to the fundamental operations here at IDS, and we don’t know what we’d do without her! 

Jennifer

Meet Jennifer! She joined the IDS team in 2019 and works part-time as Jean’s assistant, providing essential support to both the office and our clients. She helps with scheduling appointments, billing, and answering general questions to keep everything running smoothly. Friendly and approachable, she is often one of the first voices customers hear when they contact IDS. Her favorite part of the job is the strong family atmosphere in the office, which she feels reflects the care and respect the team brings to every project. 

Dominick

Meet Dominick! With more than a decade of experience at IDS, our Lead Technician/Project Manager Dominick plays a key role in transforming innovative home technology into exceptional living experiences. From designing and installing custom home theaters to implementing whole-home audio systems, his expertise is evident in every detail of his work. Equally valued for his technical skill and client-focused approach, Dominick ensures each project is executed seamlessly from concept through completion. His commitment to quality and excellence makes him an invaluable part of the IDS team.

Louie

Meet Louie! Louis is IDS’s Lead Alarm Technician who for almost 20 years has showcased his fantastic technical and communication skills. He’s constantly training and out in the field, he’s solving even the most difficult and challenging issues while always working very hard to help us earn our 5-star rating. Louie brings a joyful energy to the office and loves being an integral part of the IDS team. 

Billy

Meet Billy! Billy is a long-time member of the IDS team and a Co- Lead Installation and Service Technician. With deep expertise across all of our technology offerings, he approaches every project with precision, pride, and professionalism. He is especially known for his clear communication with clients and his meticulous attention to aesthetics and cleanliness. Committed to staying at the top of his field, Billy continually trains on the latest technologies to keep his skills sharp and his work exceptional.

Craig

Meet Craig! Craig is a highly experienced Co-Lead Installation and Service Technician and a vital part of the IDS team. With hands-on experience across every area of home and business technology, he brings versatility and problem-solving expertise to each installation. When working alongside Billy, the two form what we proudly call the “IDS Dream Team,” delivering seamless installation, service, and programming. Craig is deeply committed to ongoing education and advanced training, always focused on refining his skills and elevating every project.

Fredda

Meet Fredda! As Marketing Communications Manager for over 9 years, Fredda oversees the strategy, design, and execution of IDS Audio/Video’s marketing and communications. Responsible for managing the company’s website, digital content, email campaigns, SEO, social media, and advertising, Fredda ensures all messaging aligns with the IDS brand and mission. She balances creative storytelling with data-driven insights to keep communications effective, current, and engaging.

Carly

Meet Carly! As Social Media Content Producer, Carly specializes in creating engaging social media content across platforms. She produces original images, photographs projects, and creates videos that bring our work—and our people—to life. Working closely with Fredda, she helps create cohesive, compelling digital content that reflects the quality and personality behind the IDS brand. We’re grateful for the energy and talent she brings to our marketing efforts.
