At IDS Audio Video & Technologies, our mission is to provide our customers with superior products, exceptional designs & expert installations, creating an awesome customer experience. Recently we have made some changes and upgrades to continue growing and enhancing that experience for our current and potential clients.

The Website:

When we started re-designing our website, we kept our audience in mind. We aimed to provide a resource of education for anyone looking to incorporate technology into their home. The new site offers a new, easy to navigate layout, easy access points to reach IDS, high resolution images to spark your creativity and see what type of work IDS has done, detailed descriptions of our services and manufacturers, a resource center to “get your learn on” and more. It is now a one stop shop for all home technology needs, and we aren’t stopping there. Phase two of the IDS site will add even more robust features, including an online bill payment system, project walk-throughs and a mobile app. Have an idea for a feature you would like to see on our site or mobile device?
